Outreach & Family Support Worker (Flexible, Out-of-Hours)

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking a motivated individual to join the Supporting Change Team in Merthyr Tydfil. The role involves direct work with children and families, delivering outreach and out-of-hours support, and implementing support plans to promote safeguarding and positive outcomes.

The post is fixed-term until 31 March 2027, operates on a five-day rota (Mon-Sat) with flexible hours, and requires evidence of essential qualifications. Welsh language ability is desirable.
