Outreach / Group Volunteer

Time commitment: Minimum 4 hours per week. Please note, this role will be based across Derby.

Responsibilities

• Support practitioners to conduct home visits; primarily to promote groups to clients.
• Engage service users in a community setting such as local events and community groups.
• Contact past and present service users to promote group and event opportunities.
• Assist with planning and attending group sessions.
• Support service users with group attendance where necessary.
• Refer any safeguarding or support concerns to staff.
