Outdoor Retail Department Lead - Drive Team Development

GO Outdoors is opening a new Tunbridge Wells store and seeks a Department Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team. You'll work with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and uphold GO Outdoors' standards daily.

The role requires retail management experience, strong leadership, and comfort with KPI-driven decisions. You'll coach colleagues, maintain stock and presentation, and champion the customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
