Outdoor Part-Time Internship Coach for Supported Learners (SEND)

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a Job Coach to support Supported Interns in academic learning and employability skills. The role primarily takes place at Conkers visitor centre, with occasional work at other host sites, outdoors in all weather conditions.

The successful candidate should have SEND knowledge, good communication skills, and be able to prioritise workloads while staying learner-focused. Level 2 English and Maths qualification is expected or willing to work towards it.
