Job Description
TYF is seeking an Outdoor Instructor Trainee for a seasonal, fixed-term role in Pembrokeshire, UK. The position runs April-September 2027 with a four-week induction and ongoing mentoring.
You'll develop technical skills across coasteering, kayaking, surfing, climbing and paddleboarding while gaining valuable real-world experience. As part of a small but highly experienced team, you'll learn to lead sessions, manage groups, and deliver engaging activities safely.
