Job Search Place Limited is seeking a passionate Key Person for their Nursery Class in Southampton. This role involves delivering stimulating learning experiences and best practices to support children's development, with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning across 3 acres of site including woods and allotments.

The ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification in early years education and experience in a nursery setting. Training opportunities are available throughout the year.
