As OutboundSupervisor at our Distribution Centre in Hastings, you'll be at the heart of ouroperations, leading the outbound team to get orders out safely, accurately, andon time. You'll bring pace, structure, and energy to the floor, keeping theteam focused on hitting SLAs and continuously improving how we work.

What You'll Do

• Lead & engage your team: Coach, mentor, providefeedback, recognise wins, manage performance reviews, support recruitment,and foster a high-performing culture.
• Drive operational excellence: Oversee daily dispatchoperations, set priorities, allocate work, and ensure service commitmentsand business requirements are consistently met.
• Health, safety & security: Promote a strong safetyculture, maintain hygiene and security, ensure compliance with H&Ssystems, and accurately report any incidents.
• Manage pick, packing anddispatch process effectively: Ensure all orders across the business are processedefficiently and dispatched within required timeframes. Liaise with freightcarriers for timely pick ups to meet operational requirements.
• Labour & payrolloversight:Plan and allocate labour efficiently, manage payroll tasks, and maintaincost control.
• KPI & financialaccountability:Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and cost per unit; implementimprovements to enhance efficiency and service.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow, and service delivery, making sure theoutbound operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
  

Location &Hours

Location:Distribution Centre, Hastings area
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

What You'llBring

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a warehouse or logisticsenvironment
• Ability to lead teams safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organisational skills ina fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• Confidence working with systems, reporting, and multiplestakeholders
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on service andefficiency
  
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems
• Dispatch, outbound, or logistics management experience
