Outbound Service & Booking Support Agent

Corpay is hiring a Call Centre Operative for our Meriden office. You will provide outbound telephone support to Service Centre users with overdue Service Booking and VOR requests, guiding them through acceptance, decline or rescheduling and ensuring timely action.

Ideal candidates will be customer-focused with a confident telephone manner, able to handle repetitive tasks, and proficient with CRM systems to record calls and bookings.
