Outbound Growth Lead: Build the SDR Engine & Scale Pipeline

Console is hiring a BDR Manager to build and run the outbound engine that feeds growing AE hiring. You'll coach SDRs, shape sequences, and ensure scalable processes while partnering with AEs and founders to define go to market motion.

You'll own metrics, craft effective messaging, and drive pipeline through outbound activity in a fast moving, early stage environment. This is a player coach role with direct impact from day one.
