OTC Developer - Financial Services

A leading company is looking for an OTC Developer to join its dynamic team, contributing to the development and support of a multi-language technology stack that powers global trading operations. The role involves collaborating with software engineers, traders, and quantitative researchers to design full-stack software systems such as trading systems, exchange connectivity solutions, and monitoring platforms. The technology stack includes Java, C++, and Python.

Role:

• Manage and maintain cutting-edge software systems supporting 24/7 global trading.
• Design and implement full-stack systems
• Predominately work across Java.
• Conduct comprehensive testing at unit, functional, and integration levels.
• Tackle both legacy code enhancements and greenfield development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical, high-performance applications.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Java
• Knowledge of network communication protocols
• Hands-on experience with inter-process messaging, microservices architecture, and API design.

Salary:

• Up to £250,000 Total Comp (Depending on experience)
