Orthopaedics RN Lead - Shift Chief & Mentor

The Horder Centre in Crowborough is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to lead the inpatient team on Dufferin Ward. This hands-on leadership role requires strong orthopaedics/surgical nursing expertise and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

You will mentor and support the Ward Sister and multidisciplinary team, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to service development. This full time, permanent role offers a 37.5-hour week with rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends) and a
