Job Description

OASIS Group in Dublin seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager I in Orthopaedic Rehabilitation to lead a nursing team and maintain high patient care standards. The role reports to CNM2 and includes deputising duties, staff development and service delivery in a busy hospital ward.

The CNM1 will drive clinical practice development, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee quality improvement initiatives while supporting student nurses and junior staff.
