Organisational Design OD Consultant/Specialist - Hybrid

Our client, a leading financial services company, are recruiting for an Organisational Design OD Consultant/Specialist to join them on a contract basis.

Experience:

• Diagnose organisational needs through data, stakeholder engagement, and assessment tools.
• Design and deliver OD interventions, including organisational design, culture programmes, team effectiveness, and change management support.
• Partner with leaders to shape strategies that improve capability, engagement, and performance across teams and functions.
• Support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities and strong adoption.
• Develop frameworks, tools, and methodologies that enhance leadership effectiveness, talent pipelines, and overall organisational health.
• Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and leadership development activities.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and challenge to leaders to support behavioural and organisational shifts.
• Monitor impact, measure outcomes, and continuously improve OD solutions using data and insights.
