Organic Veg Field Lead - Harvest & Growth Ops

Organic Growers Alliance in Truro is looking for a grower to lead operations in a new organic farming venture. This permanent role involves managing sales of crops, directing harvest teams, and handling admin tasks. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of commercial horticultural experience.

Flexible working hours are offered for around 25 hours per week, with the potential for extra hours during peak harvest times. Pay ranges from £12.21 to £16.00 per hour based on experience.
