The Minister for Transport invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill two positions as Ordinary Directors on the Board of Dublin Bus

As a Director of Dublin Bus, you will play a vital role in helping shape the future of Public Transport in Dublin for all citizens, in a sustainable manner, thus ensuring the company is well placed to assist Ireland meet its Climate Action Targets. You will be a key participant in the company's plans to deliver a modern, sustainable, efficient, user friendly, public transport system.

It sets out our purpose and ambition for the future as well as the key priorities for the period , so our business continues to serve and exceed the needs of our customers now and in the future. It has been developed to ensure that our direction is clear and the actions and decisions we take will enable us to deliver our ambition and realise our purpose.

Candidates for Profile 1 must show clear evidence of a career history in positions of leadership at senior level. Experience should be shown in national or regional projects in electrical infrastructure such as generation, transmission or transport electrification.

Candidates for Profile 2 must show clear evidence of a career history in positions of leadership relating to customer interface technology in disciplines such as Front-End Development, User Interface Design or UX Design.
