Order Manager

An O2C team leader is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our North Cork based food production client. This is an exciting opportunity join a well-established business as they go through an expansion phase. This role reports into the Customer Services Manager

• The Order to Cash (O2C) Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Order to Cash team, covering order management, logistics coordination, and invoicing.
• The role ensures that customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated and executed on time, and invoices are issued correctly in line with orders and deliveries.
• The role combines hands-on people management with process ownership, driving the team to meet order accuracy, on-time delivery, and invoicing targets while building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3-5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, logistics/supply chain coordination, or invoicing, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.
• Prior experience supervising, coordinating, or leading a team is highly desirable; demonstrated informal leadership (e.g., mentoring, project leadership) will also be considered.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD/MM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) covering order management and invoicing preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management (WMS) and transport management (TMS) systems is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
