We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to join on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes at a fast-growing, beauty-forward brand that's all about innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Process and manage B2B and D2C orders
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners
• Monitor stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries
• Liaise with internal teams and handle customer order queries
• Keep our order management system (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) up to date

What You Bring:

• Beauty, fashion, or FMCG experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills
• Available immediately or on short notice
• SAP experience is a bonus!
