Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate across business departments and stakeholders to gather and implement enhancement requests.
  • Identify and resolve system issues, communicating pertinent items to management, business process owners, and users.
  • Authorship and maintenance of IT Applications documentation, including the conversion of User Requirement Specifications into Detail Design Specifications, writing Configuration Test Plans, and compiling summary reports (tabular, trend, and labels).
  • Perform daily business administrative tasks related to functional support and general user account administration.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate closely with functional departments on projects to develop, implement, and enhance the system.
  • Assist with application support before, during, and after regulatory/partner inspections.
  • Process IT Applications change control requests.
  • Work with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following a development life cycle approach.
  • Coordinate with other IT Applications team members to deliver the system efficiently.
  • Provide end user support for IT Applications, including troubleshooting problems at the application server level.
  • Participate in or lead IT Applications system security access and periodic audit trail reviews.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Applications, Supply Chain, and OPM Modules preferred.
  • Experience in technical writing and process mapping.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in project management and system administration.
  • Experience working with Veeva, Valgenesis, and JIRA tools.
  • BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered).
