Oracle HCM Payroll Comparison Test Lead

Lorien's Utilities client are currently recruiting for a Senior Test Lead to join on a 6 month initial contract, inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management - can take ownership of Payroll Comparison Testing phase
• Help the payroll team define data requirements
• Support the Payroll team in collating 1 month of manual payroll data adjustments
• Provide hands on support with data uploads to Oracle Fusion
• Work with Oracle Consulting to handle data files for comparison

Skills and Experience

• Be well versed in HSDL uploaders to Oracle HCM Cloud and its limitations
• Understand Oracle Payroll processes in both eBusiness Suite and Oracle Fusion
• Have previous experience in leading a PCT test phase with hands on experience of payroll reconciliation
