Oracle Fusion Software Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Software Architect for an internationally operating organization based in South Holland. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, further development, and functional stability of the Oracle Fusion environment supporting the EMEA Service organization.

You will act as a liaison between the IT organization and the business, translating functional requirements into sustainable and scalable IT solutions. Additionally, you will oversee incident management and implement improvements to ensure operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Management and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, SCM, CX, WMS).

Analysing business requirements and translating them into system adjustments.

Configuring and technically implementing changes in accordance with Oracle standards and best practices.

Coordinating incident and change management within the Oracle environment.

Executing testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) prior to deployment.

Advising on lifecycle management, new initiatives, and system architecture.

Collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors, including Oracle.

Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, MIS, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of proven experience with Oracle Fusion implementations.

In-depth knowledge of one or more modules: ERP/Finance, SCM, CX, WMS.

Familiarity with Oracle PaaS tools such as OIC, APEX, and Autonomous Database (ATP).

Experience with SaaS/PaaS integrations and functional architecture principles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex IT solutions into understandable business impact.

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
