Our client, a high-profile government organisation, is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS Specialist to support the implementation and optimisation of their financial consolidation processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a significant transformation programme within the public sector, delivering robust and scalable EPM solutions across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of financial consolidation solutions using Oracle Cloud EPM - FCCS.
• Configure consolidation logic, workflows, eliminations, and reporting structures to align with business requirements.
• Drive month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple organisational entities.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams, project stakeholders, and technical teams to translate functional requirements into system solutions.
• Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, and Process Maps.
• Support business change management activities, ensuring usability, accessibility, and alignment with end-user roles and expectations.
• Assist with system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation within Oracle FCCS.
• Manage and automate data integrations using Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate, and where applicable, REST APIs.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting using Smart View, and ensure smooth data flow between Oracle Fusion Finance and EPM.
• Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and patch management.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM - FCCS and financial consolidation.
• Strong understanding of consolidation principles, intercompany eliminations, and group-level reporting across multiple entities.
• End-to-end knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes in Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in preparing key project artefacts including Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, and Role Design inputs.

Desirable

• Oracle Cloud Certification in FCCS.
• Previous experience working in the public sector or government projects.
• Familiarity with accessibility, usability standards, and role-based access design.
