My client has a requirement for an experienced Oracle EBS PMO to join their project

The Client is currently rolling out the Core Model of its main business application (Oracle E-business Suite, including AP, AR, FA, GL, and Bank Reconciliation modules) across all countries and business units (more than 120 entities in 30 countries). At the same time, several SaaS applications are also being deployed.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the management and monitoring of deployment schedules.
• Organize Knowledge Management activities and internal team training.
• Monitor monthly project budgets and forecasts.
• Support more than 20 functional teams in delivering their activities.
• Identify resource requirements and anticipate workload bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain the program roadmap
• Lead lessons learned (retrospectives) and continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Prepare program communication materials and presentations.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in managing complex ERP deployment projects (such as Oracle E-business Suite).
• Solid knowledge of project budget management (monthly forecasting, cross-charging between business units).
• Ability to manage a multi-project roadmap (approximately 25 simultaneous projects).
• Experience with Jira is highly desirable; Power BI is a plus.
• Critical thinking skills to challenge and improve existing project methodologies.

This is a Project/PMO role supporting a global Oracle ERP transformation program. The position focuses on:

• Managing deployment planning and coordination.
• Overseeing budgets and project forecasts.
• Coordinating 20+ functional teams.
• Managing a portfolio of around 25 projects.
• Driving knowledge management and continuous improvement.
• Working closely with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders in an international environment.

The role requires strong ERP deployment experience, excellent project management skills, and fluency in both French and English
