Connect to your opportunityYou will join a highly skilled Oracle Finance Transformation team within a leading Delivery Services practice. Working alongside experienced consultants from a variety of specialisms, you will support major transformation initiatives that modernise finance functions and enterprise operations.
As a Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing workstreams within large-scale Oracle transformation programmes, including planning, execution and progress tracking
- Leading and developing teams of specialists
- Working directly with clients to understand requirements and design tailored solutions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing stakeholder communications and expectations
- Contributing to practice growth, capability development and delivery excellence
This role suits an experienced professional seeking a challenging, delivery-focused position with real responsibility and impact.
Connect to your skills and professional experience Essential requirements:- Extensive hands-on experience delivering Oracle ERP implementation programmes
- Proven experience leading at least one major workstream (e.g. Data Migration, Testing, or Project Management) within an Oracle transformation programme
- Demonstrated people leadership and team development experience
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Practical understanding of one or more delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
- Experience across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capability
- Flexibility to travel when required
- UK Government Security Clearance, or eligibility to obtain clearance
- Data Migration expertise, including module data flows, database concepts, data cleansing, ETL, validation, testing and reconciliation
- Testing and Test Management experience, including test design, execution, reporting and use of test management tools
- Programme and project management experience using recognised methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall)
- Background in a consulting or professional services environment
- Oracle certification in Finance or Supply Chain core modules
