Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Delivery Lead to support our internal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programme delivery and project management support across multiple in-flight Oracle initiatives. The role is critical in ensuring consistent progress, alignment, and coordination across several concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities
. Provide delivery and project management support across multiple Oracle Fusion-related initiatives within the Corporate Systems Service programme.
. Support the Head of Corporate Systems and Corporate Systems Manager, Solution Leads, Stakeholders to ensure timely progress, scope clarity and resource alignment.
. Identify potential risks and issues and developing mitigation plans and proactively addressing challenges.
. Drive process improvement initiatives to optimise project delivery, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience.
. Act as a bridge between the Corporate Systems Service team and internal and external stakeholders
. Provide input into change management, training materials, and user adoption strategies.
. Ensure alignment with programme objectives, business readiness, and transition to BAU.
. Support and oversee documentation, knowledge transfer, and sustainable handover practices.

Essential Experience:
. Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Programme Manager in Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes (ERP and/or HCM)
. Deep understanding of Oracle delivery life cycle, including planning, testing, cutover, and go-live
. Strong knowledge of project governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery
. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident presenting to senior stakeholders
. Experience working with system integrators, contractors, and vendor delivery teams
. Ability to maintain structure and momentum in fast-paced and complex delivery environments
. Proficient in delivery tools such as RAID logs, project plans, and status reporting dashboards

Desirable:
. Experience in delivering Oracle integrations with third party systems and automated patch testing
. Familiarity with change impact assessments and user readiness activities
. PRINCE2 and Agile delivery certifications
