Your Mission
Within the DBA team and attached to the Technical Services Department, you will:

• Be part of a central team serving internal and external customers.
• Manage incidents and problems for production support.
• Operate within a complex financial application environment.
• Assist clients with first installations or upgrades of Multifonds databases.
• Analyse performance issues.
• Maintain in-house database infrastructure.
• Perform R&D studies on database technology.
• Participate in the "supporter of the day" rotating duty within the team.
• Collaborate with development & consulting teams, and Oracle support when appropriate.
• Write procedures and documentation.
• Share your expertise with others.

Your Profile:

• Vast experience in a DBA position.
• English at C1 level minimum.
• French at B1 level is an advantage.
• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
• Experience with Oracle Database (12c, 18c, 19c).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, etc.).
• Proficiency with Linux/UNIX operating systems, including Scripting.
• Understanding of server-grade hardware is an asset.
• Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
• Resilient under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organised.
• Eager to learn and discover beyond the scope of database work.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
• Availability for on-call weekend support.
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks.
• Highly motivated to continuously increase quality and efficiency.
• Previous successful experience in a support organisation is an advantage.
