Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant

We're looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant to support a high-profile transformation programme. You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management solutions, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants)

• Configure PPM modules and support testing (SIT, UAT, cutover)

• Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure solution alignment

• Deliver user training and support post-go-live

• Work with technical teams on integrations and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years' experience in Oracle Projects (EBS and/or Cloud)

• Hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM experience - minimum 2 full life cycle implementations

• Strong functional knowledge of Project Costing, Billing, and Contracts

• Grants experience highly desirable (especially in public sector/higher education)

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of OTL, Expenses, or Financials modules

• Experience in Higher Education or Government-funded organisations

• Familiarity with FBDI, HDL, or migration tools
