Optometrist Store Manager

You'll continue doing what you love as an optometrist while building leadership capabilities and driving the commercial success of your store. This role gives you the freedom to broaden your business expertise, take ownership of performance, and directly influence the success of your store.

The role:

Salary: Up to £70,000 (subject to your experience and location)

Retention bonus: £10,000 after 18 months & £15,000 after 36 months

Responsibility allowance: £5,000

Car allowance: £4,000

Location: Basildon Mayflower - Tesco

Working hours: Full time (38.75 hours per week)

Our Basildon Mayflower Tesco store has 2 test rooms, which are fully equipped with cutting edge equipment. Set within a Tesco store in the Mayflower retail park, this store has a well-established team who support their team of optometrists. What you'll get
