Optics Retail Assistant - Customer Care & Dispensing

The Boots Opticians store is looking for a Retail Assistant to be at the heart of customer care on the shop floor. You'll greet customers, listen to their needs and help them choose the right eyewear solution while supporting pre-screening activities for eye-tests and handling dispensing tasks.

You'll also manage repairs, adjustments, and admin tasks, while keeping the shop floor welcoming and well-presented. A passion for service and a willingness to learn are essential.
