Ops Department Manager: Stock and Team Performance

Gymshark is seeking a Department Manager - Operations at Regent Street in London to lead the Back of House operations and drive stock accuracy, planning and performance. You will manage an operational team, deliver training, monitor KPIs and ensure high standards across the store.

Delivery of safety standards, collaboration with management, and proactive process improvements will be central to this role, with a DBS check conducted as part of recruitment.
