- Provide support and interventions to individuals with opiate dependencies
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Deliver group and one-on-one counseling sessions
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of client progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
