Location: Cardiff Pay: £12.71 + shift premium (Total £16.52/hr) From April: £13.22 + shift premium (Total £17.18/hr) Full training provided

We are looking for a motivated Operator Inspector to join our surface treatment production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring components are prepared, processed, and inspected to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, mask, clean, and process components for treatment
• Rack and jig parts accurately
• Inspect components to drawings and specifications
• Complete production documentation with precision
• Maintain safe working practices and quality standards
• Work flexibly across departments as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Previous inspection experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
