Operator 5 shifts

Wat je gaat doen We are currently seeking temporary support for the Scent department at IFF. As a trainee operator, you'll be part of a fixed team and work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale. Based on formulas, you'll collect, weigh, and process a variety of raw materials - both powders and liquids - that are used in globally known products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Collecting raw materials using a mobile workstation according to production recipes;
• Accurately weighing and handling ingredients (sometimes over 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing scent compounds for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring production equipment;
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe;
• Following strict quality and safety protocols;
• Actively collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient production.

Working hours - 5-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €19.42, excluding shift bonus;
• 30% shift bonus on all hours worked;

Functie-eisen

• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language (minimum level B1);
• You're open to working in a 5-shift rotation;
• You have experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator;
• You are comfortable working with fragrant and chemical substances;
• You're physically fit and can work independently as well as in a team.
