Operator 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As an operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you'll contribute to the production of the well-known candy, Mentos. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth packaging process and making sure our products reach customers around the world in top quality. In this role, you'll work in a 3-shift system, where you'll deal daily with mechanical issues and quality checks. Your experience in operating machinery and your keen eye for detail make a real difference in maintaining an efficient production process.

The working times are:
Morning shift from 07:00- 15:00
Afternoon shift from 15:00- 23:00
Night shift from 23:00- 07:00

What you'll be doing:

• Monitoring: Oversee the packaging line and independently resolve minor malfunctions; for more complex issues, you'll collaborate with the technical team.
• Ensuring: Make sure the production line is continuously supplied with the right materials to prevent downtime.
• Performing: Carry out quality checks, report deviations, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborating: Work with fellow operators to ensure an efficient production process and support one another as needed.
• Contributing: Help foster a positive working atmosphere within a mid-sized team.

• Experience as an operator in a production environment
• Affinity with the food industry or work experience in the food industry
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
• Own transport to come to the work
• Knowledge of the English language
• Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented work attitude
