Operations Team Member - Maltby

40 hours per week (Days, Nights, Afters) - 8 hour shift pattern: 6am 2pm, 2pm 10pm, 10pm 6am. Salary £32,260 to £33,400 per annum, including shift allowance.

Job Description

You will join a permanent team responsible for producing concrete products to specification for the end customer. You will work in a manufacturing environment that prioritises safety, quality, waste reduction and OEE targets. All operational tasks will be carried out safely within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
• Previous experience in a manufacturing production environment
• Team player with attention to detail
• IOSH qualification is desirable
• Knowledge of OEE is advantageous
• FLT counter balance licence is desirable (training provided after probationary period)
• Ability to safely lift, bend and stand for long periods
• Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
