Operations Team Leader

Overview

Interviews are expected to be held 27 October 2025. This role will be based on the university campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a cleaning team in a designated area across the main campus, delivering an efficient and effective cleaning service to high standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable campus experience for students, staff and visitors.
• Provide flexible coverage as required, including weekends, bank holidays, University closed days, and open-day covering as part of a responsive Facilities Directorate team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supervising staff and delivering a high standard of customer service.
