Operations Team Leader - High-Volume Logistics Call Centre (Car Allowance)

BCA Group, a leading player in Europe's vehicle remarketing industry, is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to head one of its four circuit teams. Based in Corby with occasional travel to other sites, you will supervise a high-volume driver operations contact centre and drive performance.

You will shape KPI management, coach staff, and coordinate with driver operations to ensure fast response times, high service levels and compliant, professional communication across the network.
