Operations Team Lead, Marketing & Member Engagement

South Dublin Credit Union is seeking an Operations Team Lead with responsibility for marketing to oversee daily member services and operational activities. You will supervise staff, coordinate marketing and engagement initiatives, and support business development while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

The role reports to the Head of Operations, working 34 hours per week in Stillorgan. The team will drive marketing campaigns across channels and enhance the community profile of the
