Operations Team Lead - Retail Store Leadership & Growth

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking an Operations Team Leader to support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the store in South Molton. You will lead the Operations Team to deliver excellence in stock management, replenishment, compliance and presentation, while ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
