Operations Supervisor - Harlow Site

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Harlow site. This is a hands-on role, responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Working Hours and Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Hourly rate: £14.08

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the operational team to meet daily targets and deadlines

• Monitor workflows to maximise efficiency and output quality

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

• Manage resource allocation and equipment usage effectively

• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements

• Handle operational issues promptly to minimise disruption

• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or operations role, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or a related industry

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly

• Good organisational and communication skills
