Operations Supervisor - Lead, Mentor & Improve KPIs

Stryker Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Limerick to lead operational excellence initiatives and mentor teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, at least 4 years of manufacturing experience, and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, maximizing resources to meet key performance indicators, and fostering a positive work environment.
