Operations Specialist (market/tax documentation)

Methods is looking for a junior consultant with experience in the completion of market account opening documentation and tax documentation for one of our clients, specialised in asset management.

Daily rate: £500-£550 Inside IR35

Location: hybrid 2days/w onsite in central London

Duration: 5.5 months

The main responsibilities of the consultant will be:

• To analyse the impact of the merger on the set up of our accounts at Custody and Transfer Agent level
• Prepare an action plan based on the outcome of the analysis to repaper the relevant documents (eg tax documentation, account opening form, )
• Execute the plan in order to have the required documentation fully repapered by end of 2025

Experience:

• Experience with market documentation and tax documentation is essential
• Experience with counterparties in an outsourced operational services model, and in particular Custody and Transfer Agent services.
• Significant experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment.
• Product experience is beneficial.

Knowledge and Skills:

• A good understanding of varied areas within Operations of an Asset Management Company, (specifically TA services and Custodial Services).
• Ability to use standard IT tools.
