  • Establishing a centralised, cross-location and cross-country safety and security management framework
  • Creating organisation-wide safety and security standard documents
  • Ensuring regular trainings on safety, security and travel management for different internal stakeholder groups
  • Leading the assessment and improvement of the organisation's global insurance coverage and ensuring adequate protection across all FOUR PAWS entities
  • Coordinating insurance relations and handling policies contracted by VIER PFOTEN International
  • Developing further and mentoring the organisational travel management
Your profile ideally illustrates
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
  • University Degree in Safety and Security Management, Economic Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Professional knowledge of safety and security
  • Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
  • Ability to distill complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
  • Analytical thinking with problem solving ability
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission
