We're hiring for a role focused on the governance of infrastructure security operations, including support teams and Security Operations Centers. This position is part of our Enterprise Information Security Office (EISO) and offers a solid pathway for those aiming to grow in information security management.

What You'll Do:

• Define and implement a security operations governance model
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of infrastructure security controls
• Support structured security practices across operational tools and environments

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in complex IT environments
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Familiarity with IT operations, preferably in managed services or telecom/security sectors
• Strong analytical and business analysis capabilities

Nice to Have:

• ITIL certification
• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments
