Job Description
Proactive Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Operations Scheduler to join their operations team.
This role is ideal for someone with workforce planning experience in the security or FM sector who is organised, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role- Create and manage staff rotas
- Allocate staff to sites based on client requirements
- Manage last-minute changes such as absences or emergencies
- Act as a main point of contact for staff and clients
- Keep accurate records of holidays, overtime and availability
- Ensure schedules meet compliance and working time regulations
- Attend resourcing meetings and support operational reporting
- Assist with onboarding and general operational admin duties
- Previous workforce planning experience within the security or FM sector
- Experience using scheduling systems
- Good IT skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional and reliable approach
