Operations Mentor: Grounds Maintenance Lead (Field)

L&Q is seeking an Operations Mentor in the Grounds Maintenance team in Greater Manchester. You will lead the on-site team, deliver hard/soft landscaping tasks, and mentor colleagues across sites, ensuring service standards and safety compliance.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong customer service skills, a full driving licence, and willingness to drive L&Q fleet vans. DBS clearance is required. This is a permanent, full-time position with typical 8am-4pm hours.
