About the job

Enfield Carers Centre are opening a brand-new community club with daytime services and activities, in January 2026, called Connections. Our new club is in Ponders End, Enfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic leadership, operational management, development and promotion of daycare services
  • Ensure the daycare service operates safely and efficiently, delivering high-quality services to the community
  • Build strong partnerships and achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead staff and manage resources
  • Oversee financial and administrative systemsLiaise with statutory and non statutory and third party stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation

Hours & Pay

Hours: 35 hours per week

Holiday: 25 days and 8 Bank Holidays, per annum

Salary: £43,000 per annum

In line with Enfield Carers Centre's safer recruitment policy, the post holder is expected to demonstrate a commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children.
