Operations Manager at Jersey War Tunnels

Location: Jersey War Tunnels, Jersey. Full Time: 40 hour week 5/7 days.

Jersey War Tunnels, one of the island's leading visitor attractions is looking for an Operations Manager to support the day-to-day/weekly/monthly running of the site and help deliver an exceptional visitor experience. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will oversee daily operations, support other managers and ensure the attraction runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

• Oversee daily operational activities across the attraction.
• Ensure excellent visitor experience and customer service standards.
• Support and coordinate operational teams.
• Assist with staff supervision and training.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, safety and efficiency.
• Help drive continuous improvement across the business.
