This is a hands-on operational role within a beautiful castle property. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day hotel operation, working closely with the General Manager and wider team, supporting the smooth running of operations while keeping a strong focus on operational standards, guest experience, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will be a strong all-round operator who enjoys being hands-on and getting things done.
