Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will provide day to day operational leadership across Priority Services4u's domiciliary, supported living, community Services and live in care services, translating the Service Manager's strategic and regulatory direction into consistent, high quality delivery on the ground. In addition to overseeing operational excellence, the post holder will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable business growth, ensuring services scale effectively while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.

The post holder will directly manage the three Service Leads, optimize client mobilisation, staffing and rota efficiency, and act as the key operational escalation point across all three service lines. They will also identify opportunities to expand service capacity, enhance commercial performance, and strengthen operational processes that support Priority Services4u's growth ambitions, deputising for the Registered Manager as required.
