Operations Manager

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Operations Manager to join a leading insurance business. Reporting to the UK Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in overseeing claims operations, supplier performance, data governance and office operations, while driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Panel Solicitors, monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs.


• Oversee the FNOL function, ensuring service standards and customer outcomes are achieved.


• Lead operational governance, data protection and audit activities.


• Produce management information and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.


• Drive operational improvement initiatives and support business change projects.


• Oversee facilities management and Health & Safety compliance across UK offices.


• Lead and support a small operational team.

About You

You'll have:

• Experience within insurance claims operations or another regulated environment.


• Previous team leadership and supplier management experience.


• Strong operational, governance and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience producing MI and driving process improvements.


• Knowledge of data governance and risk management principles.


• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
